• To close your account, submit a request to support. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it first.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your bet slip.
• SuperAce is not liable for bets that fail to process due to technical issues such as internet disconnection. It is the bettor's responsibility to confirm that their bet has been successfully placed.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will either be refunded or the outcome reassigned in accordance with SuperAce's policy and the rules of the specific sport.
• During live betting, there may be a slight delay in bet confirmation when odds change. This is a normal part of the process.
• The cashout feature may not always be available — it can be unavailable for certain matches, markets, or circumstances.
• You may place bets on multiple markets within the same match. However, exploiting the system through price boosting or arbitrage methods is prohibited.

SuperAce betting odds are determined based on market data and expert analysis. If an error in the odds is identified, SuperAce reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

All financial transactions on SuperAce are processed through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transaction types.

SuperAce charges no fees on any transaction. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) may apply their own transfer charges — this is outside SuperAce's control. Deposited funds are for betting purposes only and may not be used for anything else.

SuperAce offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and special promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are mandatory to follow.
